The tourism degree programme from the HES-SO Valais/Wallis and the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics organised a summer course in Shanghai from August 29th to September 2nd, 2016.
16 students (8 from Switzerland and 8 from China) worked in mix groups on the topic of Service Design. Under the supervision of Prof. Emmanuel Fragnière, their mission was to find out the most important points a Swiss touristic offer must have for Chinese tourists or the most important points a Chinese touristic offer must have for Swiss tourists
