Congratulations to Davide Calvaresi for his PhD !

The Institute of Information Systems in Sierre has the pleasure to present its warm congratulations to Dr. Davide Calvaresi for his PhD which took place at the HES-SO Valais-Wallis. The latter is awarded by Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna (IT). After 4 years of research work, the young graduate receives congratulations from the jury.

His thesis work consisted in developing real time multi-agent systems.

This work was made possible thanks to the collaboration of Prof. Giorgio Buttazzo (Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna), Prof. Michael I. Schumacher (Institut Informatique de gestion HES-SO Valais-Wallis), Daniel Cesarini (Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna), Mauro Marinoni (Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna) and Aldo Dragoni (Università Politecnica delle Marche). This thesis work was the conclusion of an intense scientific collaboration between these two institutes and allowed the development of several synergies.

During the 4 years of research, Dr. Davide Calvaresi has also been awarded various prizes including best paper awards.
