First Workshop on Artificial Intelligence in Valais on March 24

The HES-SO Valais-Wallis and the research institute Idiap organize the first common workshop on Artificial Intelligence in Valais. This workshop will be held on March 24 at the Techno-Pôle of Sierre.

During a half-day session, experts from different institutions (HES-SO Valais-Wallis, Idiap, EPFL) will take the floor to present and exchange their work linked to artificial intelligence. The theme of this first workshop is : "reproducibility in research". Reproducibility is the scientific process to validate observations made in experiments in order to improve scientific knowledge. Two workshops per year

Every year, two Valais/Wallis AI Workshops are planned on different topics. Workshops are open to the public but require registration. Valais/Wallis AI Workshops is a joint initiative between the Idiap Research Institute and HES-SO Valais-Wallis. The objective is to stimulate collaborations between research institutions in Valais.
