Catpeur RFID

This project combines RFID technology with low power sensors, in order to have passive wireless sensors. The objective of this project is to achieve a library of basic cells in standard CMOS technology allowing the realization of a RFID chip with temperature and humidity sensors. The chip allows the condition monitoring in some interesting applications such as in the field of agriculture.
