Danier Biner graduated in 2014 the Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Design & Materials specialization, at the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland, HES-SO Valais-Wallis in Sion. Since September 2014, he is scientific assistant at a 50% basis in the hydraulic energy research team of Prof. Münch at the HES-SO Valais-Wallis, besides he’s going through the MSE master’s degree studies in industrial technologies at the HES-SO. He is working on experimental projects in hydraulic turbo machinery. His main research interests are the hydraulic design, the performance measurements, flow simulations and the optimisation of small scale hydro machinery.
