Student for a day

Taking up studies is an important decision. To help you make the right choice, the HES-SO Valais-Wallis invites you to spend a day in the degree programme of your choice.

You can attend lectures, talk to students and lecturers and get a feel of the HES SO Valais-Wallis.

Participation in the Student for a Day programme is free of charge and does not commit you to anything.

Your day at the HES-SO Valais-Wallis will be filled with activities to give you a real insight into our university of applied sciences. The programme varies from school to school and usually starts with a tour of the buildings. 

Afterwards, you can attend lectures, participate in workshops and discover how research projects are carried out.

During lunch with the other students in the cafeteria, you will have the opportunity to ask them all your questions.  

You have the choice between 11 Bachelor’s degree programmes: Visual Arts, Tourism, Business Administration, Business Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Energy and Environmental Engineering, Life Technologies, Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, Social Work and three courses of study: Nursing, Child Education and Agogical Workshop Supervision.
