In this role you will work along the entire O2C process, resolve issues and provide guidance for the day-to-day operations. A Day in the Life of a Customer Solutions Analyst
•Act as the first point of contact with all internal and external stakeholders (agencies top to top - Creative, media and Digital)
•Work with our O2C processes including Sales Order creation, Order fulfilment, and Claims resolution
•Serve our customers and manage incoming requests by e-mails and hotline
•Drive customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and driving value adding projects
•Close collaboration with internal teams (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance), Third-Party Logistic partners as well as our Service Center in Lisbon to ensure the quality and processes are meeting the business and system requirements
•Understand and resolve all process failures, driving continuous improvements
What will make you successful
Must have:
•Great service orientation and enthusiasm to work with customers
•Curiosity, problem solving skills, and positive attitude
•Fluent in French and German Are considered a “plus” for your application:
•First experience in Customer Service, Sales,or Supply Chain (logistics/planning)
•Analytical skills with Excel or PowerBI knowledge
•SAP knowledge
•English, Italian or Portuguese is a plus
