Prof. David Wannier (Institute of Information Systems, HES-SO Valais-Wallis) presented the eVIP (Energy Visualization Integration and Prediction) research project on Rhône FM radio.

He presents the challenges related to the storage and use of photovoltaic energy through the optimization of charging stations for electric cars. The aim of the project, which is funded by The Ark Foundation and ESR, is to try to understand how the multiplicity of electric vehicles can be managed remotely for a distribution system operator. The Val d'Hérens will serve as an experimental site thanks to the Green Mobility project, which has brought together hoteliers benefiting from recharging stations.
