Transfer of know-how and competencies
The Entrepreneurship and Management Institute (IEM) and the “Banque Cantonale du Valais” organize every year several meetings called “BusiNETvs”. Local businesses, community members, sponsors, students and researchers gather together to discuss a specific topic (marketing, human resources, finance, strategy, etc.). Further education
IEM has been offering a Master’s of Advanced Studies HES-SO (MAS) in Quality & Strategy Management (QSM). The program is specifically tailored for managers of public or private organizations involved in quality management processes and/or major change within their organization. We also provide a CAS in job coaching and dynamic placement (JCPA). The participants are interested in developing professional integration competencies in companies and in developing an accompanying practice alongside this. More info
