Kick-off event of the CTI-project : ScaleADS

On the 24th January, the kick-off event of the CTI-project ScaleADS took place at the Institute of Information Systems, in the very nice meeting room “Salle du Conseil”.

As a former room for making strategic decisions, the room served its purpose very well for a kick-off meeting together with the advisory board of the project. The board consists of a small group of distinctive experts from all around Switzerland, representing decision makers from the Swiss regulator swissgrid, electrical utilities, and research.

In the meeting, after presenting the overall project idea and project plan, major foreseeable challenges, risks, and opportunities of the project were discussed in detail. The kick-off event ended with a strong confidence that the project will be a success story, benefitting from being constantly challenged by the advisory board.
