Development of innovative mobile services for health prevention purposes and to increase patient responsibility.

MMHS

MMHS uses the possibilities offered by mobile technologies and social networks for patient education and for therapeutic monitoring and follow-up.

In particular, it has been designed as a didactic and pedagogical electronic device for children and adolescents with a chronic disease. Its aim is to help them to better cope with their illness.

The initial project called e-posology was the first part of a global patient information management solution, providing relevant medical information in animated form. MMHS is a targeted and customisable mobile device that will consolidate the previous developments.

MMHS is a mobile application providing customised widgets to persons suffering from a chronic disease. The appropriate widgets are chosen from a database. These widgets can have a general scope or be very specific (e.g. girls under 12 suffering from asthma), which makes them suitable for a wide range of patient categories. Every patient has several widgets to learn more about their disease, to test their knowledge, to organise a follow-up and to communicate with fellow sufferers. The mobile app is available for iOS and Android.
