Arnaud Zufferey holds a master degree in computer science and a Master of advanced studies (MAS) in environmental science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL). He worked several years as a politician and energy consultant in the design of energy efficient buildings. He joined the HES-SO in 2012 as a professor and coordinator of the eEnergy group. His research activities focus on decision support systems for energy transition (thermal simulation, smart metering, geographical information systems, finance).
