Position Summary 

As a Project Management Intern, you will join our Nestlé Investment Management Department in Vevey to contribute to the rollout and next development steps of the Nestlé Investment Management Tool. You will support the administration of the tool and identify the next steps for its functionalities. A Day in the Life of a Project Management Intern 

•Assist in Nestlé Investment Management Tool administration activities including form and workflow building 

•Define reporting functions and connectivity to other solutions (MS Office and SAP solutions) 

•Assist in consolidating training material and support users in markets including market administration 

•Define user requirements for next steps of tool development 

•Plan the implementation, testing, validation and deployment of the tool What will make you successful 

•Currently studying or freshly graduated in Engineering, IT, or similar 

•Knowledge of project management is a must 

•Solid IT skills, programming or knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage 

•Good levels of personal organization, document management and communication skills 

•Ability to learn fast and courage to explore unknown areas 

•Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
