Collaborateurs-trices

Benjamin Nanchen has been a scientific collaborator at the Institute of Tourism of the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland (HES-SO) since September 2016. Since 2019, he has been the manager of the Living Lab Handicap.

He received his Bachelor and his Master in Business Administration with a major in Service Management and Service Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland (HES-SO). He received the 2011 Industry and Commerce class of the Society of Arts of Geneva prize for his master’s thesis.

Expérience professionnelle

Benjamin Nanchen worked for the tourist board of Crans-Montana (Switzerland) for eight years, during which he occupied various positions in the marketing and communication department, as well as the position of Quality Manager. Then, he joined the Institute of Information System at the HES-SO for four years, during wich he was in charge of the communication. Since 2016, he has been scientific collaborator at the Service Design Lab. Since 2019, he has been the manager of the Living Lab Handicap.
