The biotechnology pilot hall is dedicated to bioprocess technology, i.e. the controlled cultivation of microorganisms (mainly bacteria and yeasts) in special bioreactors.
For our industrial customers, we deal with all aspects of bioprocess development such as design of the cultivation media, optimisation of fermentation processes, technology transfer or scale-up of bioprocesses, from the experimentation stage to pilot scale production (> 300 litres).
We also produce and purify recombinant proteins (antibodies, enzymes) and biopolymers for customers.
