The Bachelor's degree programme in Business Information Technology combines technology and economics to provide students with the ability to analyse, develop and manage corporate information systems

Business IT specialists play an important role in today's digital world. This unique combination of soft skills, technical skills and business know-how is in high demand on the labour market.
Become an actor in your IT training! The Digital Team Academy offers a Bachelor's degree based on learning by doing (practical projects, definition of your own skills acquisition path, etc.) in order to reach the level of skills of a IT-Manager specialist over 3 years.
Part-time studies allows you to work alongside your studies (up to 60%). The School has no particular requirements for this activity.
Would you like to study at a university of applied sciences directly after your gymnasium Matura while working? How does it work? Two to three days a week, you study at the HES-SO Valais-Wallis in Sierre. On the other days, you work and acquire practical skills while being paid. More information here!
In addition to the Bachelor's degree, students have the opportunity to obtain recognised professional certifications such as SAP, CICSO, Knime or English certificates.
Students attend courses in their mother tongue (german or french). In addition to these, students also attend courses in English. At the end of the programme, students are able to work on IT-projects together with students from international universities. The partnership with Haaga-Helia University of Applied Science in Helsinki, Finland, enables some students to obtain a double Bachelor's degree.

The multidisciplinary programme focuses on software development, management and communication. Students familiarise themselves with the latest technologies (even without previous knowledge) in areas such as programming, data mining, network and IT security. Management, marketing, entrepreneurship and IT project management are also part of the curriculum.
Students have the opportunity to participate in real-life projects with companies and the Institute of Informatics. This ensures the relevance of the curriculum in relation to the future needs of organisations in technological and economic terms.
The full-time course takes place over 6 semesters, including the Bachelor's thesis, which is undertaken during the final semester of the course.

This exclusive course of study is supported by an ecosystem dedicated to digital technology (Swiss Digital Center) and works in collaboration with regional companies and the institutes of research of the HEG Sierre.

studying the latest themes and carrying out innovative projects (cloud computing, mobile development, Agile methodology, etc.). Using role play, students learn to understand clients’ needs and to develop suitable products, while taking account of the constraints encountered in the real world of business.
Bachelor theses
Students complete their Bachelor's thesis in collaboration with a company or institute, which simplifies their start in the professional world.
Students finish by undertaking a Bachelor's thesis, working with businesses/research institutes to facilitate their integration into the world of work.
The Bachelor's degree awarded is recognised by the Confederation and legally protected. This first-cycle higher education degree is worth 180 ECTS credits.
