In her activity as a scientific assistant at the Institute of Entrepreneurship & Management, Sophie Latrille teaches courses, carries out mandates with SMEs, innovates through Ra&D projects and accompanies teams in their development. She is particularly interested in the topic of digitalization in HR.

Her main activities are :

• Coaching teams in the "Business Experience" program
• Teaching in the following areas : Ideation, Career Design, Soft Skills, Digital portfolio of competencies
• Ra&D projects, in particular with the "Girls in HES" project, supported by the «Bureau Fédéral de l'Egalité»
