Position Summary
As a Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Trainee, you will be working in close collaboration with marketing, product developers, nutritionists, legal counselors, and quality experts, not only within Switzerland but also within the European Union. You will ensure the regulatory compliance of raw materials, recipes and product declarations and contribute to the development of labels and communication materials on a multilingual basis.

A Day in the Life of a Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Specialist
•Ensure raw material and recipe compliance with Swiss Food Regulations, internal Guidelines, and international Standards
•Establish product declarations in French, German and English and harmonize it with the relevant EU markets to guarantee consistency across all languages
•Support the development of consumer-friendly product labels and communication materials in compliance with the Swiss Food Law
•Foster internal network across different functions (Marketing, Regulatory & Scientific Affairs, Nutritionists, Packaging Experts, Factories, Quality Assurance and Supply Chain)
