Closely after moving to the Foyer, Prof. Emmanuel Fragnière and his team (ITO and IEM) conducted their first theatrical experience at the Foyer auditorium as an ongoing collaboration with the Médiathèque in Brig. This Service Design project should allow the Médiathèque to not only improve its current services but also innovate through the introduction of new services for all stakeholders including tourists and visitors.
