By Water Bike (In bici a pelo d'acqua - Interreg V-A Italy-Switzerland)

In bici a pelo d'acqua consists in promoting cycling mobility in the Italian-Swiss cross-border region, from the Valais to Novarese, allowing to discover the culture, the nature, the history and the gastronomy of the crossed regions.

The challenge is to increase the attractiveness of all the territories involved in the project, improving and enhancing the existing bicycle paths through the implementation of joint and highly innovative interventions, involving the strengthening of skills of the economic and cultural operators, the use of advanced mapping technologies, the recovery and transport of luggage or the installation of photovoltaic shelters for recharging electric bikes.
