Our services
The mandates and applied research activities of the Service Design Lab are financed by companies, foundations or public bodies. The main sources of public funding are the European research programs, the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), Innosuisse, The Ark Foundation and federal offices.

Our professors and researchers train/coach the students of the HES-SO Valais-Wallis at the Service Design. Each year, these future professionals of tourism and economy carry out semester projects or final studies (Bachelor and Master) on behalf of companies.
The ritzy * continuing education program allows you to take courses in Service Design. In seminars of half a day to two days, you will discover the latest tools and methods of Service Design as well as their practical applications.
